de\u00a0 d\u00e9claration s&#8217;appliquera aux \u00e9tablissements de restauration : le pays de production du pain et des produits de boulangerie fine vendus en vrac devra \u00eatre indiqu\u00e9 par \u00e9crit. <br \/>Cela signifie que l&#8217;origine du pain vendu ou servi devra \u00eatre indiqu\u00e9e par \u00e9crit, qu&#8217;il soit propos\u00e9 entier ou en tranches. Cela s&#8217;applique \u00e9galement aux produits servis en tranches dans un restaurant ou utilis\u00e9s pour la confection de sandwichs.<br \/>Nous sommes fiers que tous nos produits, \u00e0 de tr\u00e8s rares exceptions pr\u00e8s, soient fabriqu\u00e9s en Suisse.
